I had a decent stay at the hotel, but there were definitely a few hiccups. The standout was Ruth at the front desk—her customer service was off the charts! However, the room had a stale smell that kind of put a damper on things. Still, I loved the hot waffles during breakfast, and the friendly staff made me feel welcome.
